Processing Times
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Because many of our products are handcrafted or made to order, custom pieces may take up to 7–10 business days before shipping. If your order requires additional time, we will notify you right away.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier. We currently ship within the United States.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s progress.
Local Pickup
At this time, we do not offer local pickup unless stated in the product listing.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our workshop. Carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather may impact arrival times.
Packaging
We package all items carefully using protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Vintage and one-of-a-kind items receive extra care due to their unique nature.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items cannot be rushed beyond the stated processing window. If you have a deadline, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm availability.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members and neighbors first. If it cannot be found, contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We will assist where we can, but AJD Mercantile & Designs is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
